FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a casing to house a support fixed grid and movable grid arranged above the latter. There are slots made in every aforesaid grid separated by circular webs so that the fixed grid slots are arranged above the moving grid slots to allow the sad webs to stop the fixed grid slots. The moving grid is coupled with rod spring-loaded relative to the casing. The said rod is linked up with spring-loaded tie rod arranged at an angle to the rod and furnished with an offset on its end that interacts with the rod wedge-like slope made in the rod slot. The washer spring-loaded relative to the casing is attached to the rod end located outside the casing and above the moving grid. L-like two-arm is hinged in the casing, with its one arm in contact with the rod lower end and the other arm in contact with tie rod end located inside the casing. Note that the casing accommodates the tie rod linkage appliance furnished with drive to move the said tie rod and lock it in operating position.
