FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to a radiating heater for heating structural material in a laser agglomeration device and a laser agglomeration device using such a radiating heater. The radiating heater has a flat heat-radiating element, which is made from material with insignificant heat retention, with temperature conductivity coefficient greater than 1.5-10-4 m2/s, and has thickness of 2 mm or less.
EFFECT: improvement of the dynamic characteristic of the radiating heater due to fast and accurate regulation of heating temperature.
