FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: experimental equipment for thermal and thermal strength testing of aircraft structures. A high-temperature modular infrared heating block is proposed, which contains a frame made of high-temperature oxide ceramics Al2O3 and intended for installation and fastening of all the elements of the heating block, a multilayer heat-insulating screen made with air gaps, emitters made dismountable, consisting of two parts, made of materials with different electrical resistance, and equipped with individual insulators, current-carrying busbars, fasteners.
EFFECT: high-temperature modular infrared heating block has been created, which makes it possible to increase the maximum temperature of the heated structure to 2,800 K and increase uniformity of the radiant flux density distribution.
