FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. Heart rate variability (HRV) is analysed herewith evaluating the total spectral power (TP), spectral power within frequency range 0.04-0.15 Hz (LF), spectral power within frequency range 0.15-0.40 Hz (HF), ratio LF/HF of powers in frequency ranges. Then two score scales are made, each including three levels of the patient state. The first scale is derived from HRV analysis BCP, for TP indications 2448 to 4484 ms2/Hz and LF/HF 0.5 to 2.0, physiological optimum is diagnosed as scored "0" for each indicator; for TP indications exceeding 4484 to 7000 ms2/Hz and TP less than 2448 to 500 ms2/Hz, LF/HF 2.1 to 3.0, decreased functional state is diagnosed as scored "1" point for each indicator; for TP indications exceeding 7000 ms2/Hz and TP less than 500 ms2/Hz, LF/HF exceeding 5.0, acute decreased functional state is diagnosed as scored "2" for each indicator. The second scale is made from the first scale with summarising the scores of TP and LF/HF indications. If the score is zero to one, physiological optimum is diagnosed with a mark "0". The score equal to two allows diagnosing decreased functional state with a mark "1", while the score exceeding two ensures diagnosing acute decreased functional state with a mark "2". The HRV is analysed in five stages. The first stage precedes the therapy and involves initial state of teeth-maxillary system. The second stage is performed the day of therapy starting, while the third stage follows two weeks after therapy starting, the fourth stage is carried out one month after therapy starting. The fifth stage is applied in three months, after HRV analysis at each stage specified above with dividing the patients to three groups. Herewith the patients scored "0" are prescribed with standard technique of dental therapy, for each patient scored "1" individual plan of dental therapy is developed, and each patient scored "2" is pre-analysed for accompanying pathologies with individual plan of general and dental therapy prescribed then.
EFFECT: method allows developing individual therapeutic plan providing maximally complete and reliable effect of applied dental therapy.
