SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, functional diagnostics. Spectrum of dynamic series of cardiointervals is registered. Power in series ranges and total spectrum power (TP) are measured. Normative values of total spectral power and power in series ranges, averaged on large quantity of examinations in standard conditions of registering, are determined. Measurements are carried out in ranges 0.003-0.004 Hz, 00062-0.0072 Hz, 0.010-0.014 Hz, 0.0163-0.0173 Hz, 0.023-0.029 Hz, 0.031-0.035 Hz, 0.039-0.041 Hz. Parametre Sj - ratio of power for each of mentioned above ranges to total spectrum power (TP) in % is determined. Power of LF, HP, LF/HF is determined. Each parametre depending on its value is related to one of four conventional groups. Each group is given a weighting coefficient k from 0 to 4. By value of sum of weighting coefficients (k) normal or reduced adaptive abilities are determined. Treatment of various types of reduction of adaptive abilities is carried out by exposure of biologically active points to EHF-radiation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out treatment in accordance with determined type of reduction of adaptive abilities.
