SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and covers diagnostics before clinical manifestation of mesonephroid ovarian carcinoma spread. Mesonephroid ovarian carcinoma spread is predicted by estimating some morphological parametres of tumour. Tumour dropout probability is evaluated by formula: , where X₁ is an average area of a malignant cell (mcm²), X₂ is a mitotic index (‰), X₃ is a specific portion of aneuploid mitoses (%), X₄ is a volume concentration of necrotizing tissues in a tumour knot (%). The final variable Y can take on a value within 0 to 1, values 0≤Y≤0.5 are considered as an indicated low risk of spread, while 0.5<Y≤1 shows high risk of metastatic dropout.

EFFECT: possibility to predict spread by morphological characteristics of a primary tumour before clinical manifestation of tumour dropout; makes it possible to be used in planning of management tactics, as well as in therapeutic decision.
