SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and can be used for prevention and treatment of vaginites, vaginoses and vulvavaginites. Invention represents pharmaceutical composition made in medicinal form suitable for local application, which contains at least one antimicotic from groups of: azoles, allylamines, polyenes, nitrofuranes, as well as prebiotic with polymerisation degree from 2 to 30 or combination of prebiotics, mixed with definite content of components in wt % per unit of medicinal form, as well as method of prevention and treatment of vaginites, vaginoses and vulvavaginites.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining synergistic effect of antimicotic and prebiotic included into pharmacological composition due to prebiotic stimulation of accelerated growth of normal microflora, which in its turn in combination with antimicotic ensures accelerated inhibiting of growth and elimination of pathogenic fungi of genus Candida.
