FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnic injectors for automatic introduction of medications into muscular tissues through clothes in extreme conditions. Impulse autoinjector contains case in which one after another located are initiating element, cap, and amorce, ampoule with medication, piston, triggering element, connected to case capsule in which said piston and ampoule are placed, as well as needle holder with needle. Lower needle end is made with possibility to piece capsule bottom, upper needle end - ampoule. Ampoule is made leak-proof and corrugated. Amorce os made in form of cartridge pressed in cup. Pin type cap is used. Initiating element represents pin device. Triggering element is made in form of button with stop which eliminates possibility of spontaneous injection.
EFFECT: possibility to introduce medication into muscular tissue through clothes in extreme conditions maximally quickly, with minimal injury to skin and with accurate dosing; reduction of dimensions and weight of injector.
