FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to making synthetic rubber and can be used in petrochemical industry. There is disclosed method for making isoprene polymerisation catalyst by interaction of compound neodymium and alkylaluminium, alkylaluminium halogenide and coupled diene in hydrocarbon solvent as added to compound neodymium in any sequence in mole ratio neodymium: aluminium: chlorine: diene 1: 2-20: 2-3: 8-25 thereafter kept within 2-24 hours. The method is characterised that before mixed with catalyst components, compound neodymium is pre-reacted with multinuclear alcohol taken in amount 10-100 mol. % in ratio to neodymium.
EFFECT: introduction of multinuclear alcohol that allows 12-36% improving catalytic activity systems in polyisoprene synthesis.
