FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood cutting tools. A milling cutter comprises a frame in which each cutting blade is fixed by screws through a clamping plate. Inclined cylindrical grooves are made in the clamping plate to interact with conical surface of the screw head. Radial cylindrical grooves are made in the frame socket parallel to the blade face to interact with cylindrical surface of the screw head; the slope angle of the clamping plate cylindrical grooves is defined according to the screw tightening force, blade inertia force and clamping plate inertia force.
EFFECT: invention provides for increasing the wood milling cutter efficiency.
