FIELD: transport, space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: flight vehicle comprises rigidly coupled housing and cylinder, piston with a ledge fitted inside the said cylinder and jet engine rigidly coupled with aforesaid ledge. The housing has a recess accommodating a damper interacting with the said piston. The cylinder rear is rigidly coupled with two damping stops that do not allow the piston to go beyond the cylinder. Note here that the proposed vehicle incorporates the jet engine control unit rigidly coupled with the piston to cut off fuel feed into engine prior to piston damping and to start the engine thereafter, thus reverting the piston. Note also that there are two ascent engines to be temporarily cut in after piston damping. Plus reduced the number of mechanically- and -heat-loaded components (gas dampers) required for vehicle acceleration.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
