SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the three versions of the invention, the container comprises a cover-locator and paper crimp cup, each cell of it accommodating confectionery. The cover-locator is arranged on the paper crimp cups to be locked thereon and represents a flat packing element. In compliance with the first version confectionery is placed with a δ₁ gap between the confectionery side surface and the cell side locating surface upper edge, δ₂ gap between the confectionery side surface and the cell side locating surface lower edge and δ₃ gap between the confectionery top and cell bottom so that either δ₁>δ₂>δ₃> or δ₃>δ₂ and δ₁>δ₂, or δ₃>δ₂ and δ₃>δ₁. In compliance with the second version the confectionery height is smaller than that of the paper crimp cup cell. The cover-locator has vertical locating ledges arranged above appropriate paper crimp cup cells to prevent vertical shift of confectionaries. In compliance with the third version the confectionery height equals or is less than that of the paper crimp cup. Note that the confectionery seats with the δ₁ gap between the cover-locator boundary ledge top and confectionery side wall, δ₂ gap between the cover-locator boundary ledge side surface and confectionery top angular surface and δ₃ gap between the cover-locator plane and confectionery top surface so that either δ₁>δ₂>δ₃, or δ₃>δ₂ and δ₁>δ₂, or δ₃>δ₂ and δ₃>δ₁. The cover-locator features round-shape ledges arranged between the confectionaries to prevent their horizontal shift.

EFFECT: reliable location of confectionary in paper crimp cup cells with notable scatter of geometrical parameters of confectionaries.
