SUBSTANCE: composition of complex additive for concrete and mortar includes, wt %: sodium thiocyanate 25.0-65.0, sodium thiosulfate 1.0-15.0, sodium sulfate 0.1-10.0, sodium carbonate 1.0-40.0; sodium formiate 1.0-35.0; the rest is water. Claimed complex additive can also include sodium hexacyanoferrate and/or polythionate. Also invention claims composition of concrete mix including, wt %: cement - 9.5-24.4, sand 24.0-38.0, crushed stone 42-45.0, claimed additive - 0.05-1.0, the rest is water. Invention is elaborated in dependent clauses.

EFFECT: preserved physical and mechanical properties of complex additive for over six months, enhanced water permeability and fracture resistance of concrete with claimed additive, accelerated strength gain of concrete.
