SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed concentrated aqueous polymer dispersion with average particle size 1000 nm and less, containing a) polymer carrier made by heterophase radical polymerisation of at least one ethylene-unsaturated monomer, containing C1-C18akrylates, C1-C18methacrylates, acrylic acid, (meth)acrylic acid, styrene, vinyltoluene containing hydroxygroup akrylates or (meth)acrylates, akrylates or (meth)acrylates made of alkoxylenated alcohols, and multipurpose akrylates or (meth)acrylates and their mixtures with nonpolar organic light-stabiliser containing hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole UV-absorber, hydroxyphenyltriazine UV-absorber, hydroxybenzophenone UV-absorber, UV-absorber being oxalic acid anilide and light-stabiliser being steric hindered amine and their mixture wherein ratio of nonpolar organic light-stabiliser weight to polymer carrier weight exceeds 100 fractions of light-stabiliser per 100 fractions of the carrier.
EFFECT: development of dispersions of maximum light-stabiliser concentration in a polymeric matrix.
