SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing polymer hollow item, wherein method includes: a) filling mold with polymer composition and polymer-stabilising amount of composition stabilisers, wherein composition stabilisers contain at least one compound based on chromane according to formula V

where R21 is substitute, which can be identical or different in positions from 0 to 4 of aromatic part of formula V and independently selected from: C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; NR′R′′, where each substitute of R′ and R′′ is independently selected from H and C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; or OR27, where R27 is selected from: H; C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; COR′′′; or Si(R28)3, where R′′′ is selected from H or C1-C20-hydrocarbyl; and where R28 is selected from C1-C12-hydrocarbyl or alcoxy group; R22 is selected from: H; or C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; R23 is selected from H; or C1-C20-hydrocarbyl; and each substitute of R24-R25 are independently selected from: H; C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; or OR′′′′, where R′′′′ is selected from H or C1-C12-hydrocarbyl; and R26 is H or link, which together with R25 forms =O, provided that, when R27 is H, stabilizer composition does not include antistatic agent consisting of ethoxylated amide and/or ethoxylated amine; b) mold rotation around at least 1 axis, while simultaneously heating mold in drying chamber at temperature sufficient for fusion of polymer composition and its distribution at mold walls; c) cooling of mould; and d) opening of mould for removal of produced as result product, result of which is polymer hollow item.

EFFECT: application of polymer-stabilising amount of process system of stabilisers improves (reduces) cycle duration of action on polymer compositions during rotor forming, with simultaneous expansion of technological window in process.
