FIELD: electrics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidation for 30-85 minutes in water electrolyte including caustic potash 3.0-5.0 g/l and boric acid 20.0-40.0 g/l, at current density of 25-35 A/dm2, and further heating of parts to temperature of 500°C or over. Additionally electrolyte includes photoinitiator of singlet oxygen, methylene blue 0.5-0.8 g/l, and oxidation is performed with rotational and advancing part movement during oxygen supply under pressure through jet nozzle to oxidised part surfaces, and with laser emission affecting oxygen jet from the jet nozzle orifice at 1-2 mm distance from oxidised surface.
EFFECT: enhanced oxidation efficiency and coating thickness, solidity and breakdown voltage.
