FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used in machine building. Method includes electrochemical oxidation in baths with solutions of acidic and alkaline electrolytes for 40–100 minutes with pumping of the solutions from the holes through the nozzles – counter electrodes made of stainless steel, wherein first, the oxidation is carried out by muffling the through-holes on one side and inserting the jet nozzles on the opposite side to pump the solution, then likewise oxidizing the parts, by muffling the through-holes on the other side, the plugs having hemispherical cavities with radii equal to half the average sizes of the normal sections of the openings, so that the cavities are located in the continuation of the holes, the jet nozzles are inserted into the holes with gaps of 1–4 mm, and the flow rate of a solution passing through a hole is set so that its volume between the surfaces of a jet nozzle, the aperture and the plug is completely updated within 0.5–10.0 s, then the parts are electrochemically oxidized without plugs and jet nozzles.
EFFECT: increase in thickness, uniformity, breakdown voltage and electrical resistance of coatings formed on the surfaces of through-holes of components.
