FIELD: physics; optics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed station has one or more radiation sources for exposing of sheet material, tape for masking with regions with different optical properties, two or more guide apparatus for guiding the masking tape and/or sheet material such that, the masking tape moves in the exposure region between the radiation sources and the sheet material, and a coupling device for moving the masking tape through the exposure region at the same speed as the sheet of material. The masking tape and the sheet material move in the exposure region at a distance from each other. The masking tape has a carrier layer, made from material permeable to the radiation of one or more radiation sources and has regions with different optical refraction indices, and/or different polarisation properties, and/or different reflection properties.
EFFECT: faster production process due to reduced number of production stages, providing for high accuracy and high resolving power at high rate of processing.
