SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of multichannel communication, particularly to parametric multichannel processing in coders/decoders for the formation and/or reading of flexible syntax data and for binding parametric data with data reducing the mixing and/or channels of transmission. For flexible signalling of synchronous regime or asynchronous regime in a multichannel parametric restoration, to the flow of data is put a monitoring signal of the configuration of parametres, in which is used a means of configuring on the side of the multichannel decoder for configuring the means for multichannel restoration. If the monitoring signal for the configuration of parametres has the first value, then the means of configuring carries out a search for additional configuration information in its input data, and if the monitoring signal for the configuration of parametres has another value, then the means of configuration carries out configuration of the settings of the means of multichannel restoration based on the information about the algorithm of the coding, with whose help the data channel for transmission was coded. In this effective and flexible way it is guaranteed, that there is always a proper connection between parametric data and decoded data of the transmission channel.
