SUBSTANCE: machine includes an electric motor, transmission gear, shower forming device, drum with rollers having elastic elements, which are installed along two concentric circles with the possibility being rotated around the axes. The drum is equipped with locking members joined with fixed carrying frame device with the possibility to fix the drum at the set angle of its rotation around longitudinal central line. The rollers of the drum are working and duplicating one. The working rollers are fixed in the bottom part of the drum along two concentric arcs of the circles. The duplicating rollers are fixed in the upper part of the drum along two concentric arcs of the circles. The working rollers amount to not more than a half of all rollers. Driving two-row star gears can be applied on the rollers.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency factor.
