FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with calibration device for calibration of extruded pipes. Device includes many segmental crowns consisting of separate segments and arranged one after the other. Crowns' inner surface forms a calibration orifice. Arranged one after the other in axial direction the segments are united in segment units. Separate segments of each unit are located on bearing structure. Segment units are installed in the housing in such a way that neighbouring by axis segments in each position cover each other in circular direction. Each bearing structure is connected with one fixing and actuating mechanism that consists of two parts. First part is connected with bearing structure, the second part is installed in the housing, both parts are connected between themselves with alternative of disconnection. Fixing and actuating mechanism is made in the form of screw drive mechanism. On the bearing structure there arranged is a spindle with area equipped with outer thread. The area with outer thread contacts with clasp nut that is rotated by means of other drive element. The spindle is made of two parts.
EFFECT: invention allows more simple production and mounting of calibration device.
