FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry for reprocessing of the used platinum-rhenium catalysts. The rhenium sorbtion from the sulphuric solutions is carried out on the weakly basic anion-exchange resin. Then rhenium is desorbed with ammonia solution, the latter is boiled off and the crystallisation of the raw ammonium perrhenate solution is carried out. The raw ammonium perrhenate solution is purified by the recrystallisation from the saturated water solution whereat the sodium sulphite is added at the temperature 90 - 95 °C. The solution is separated of the admixtures precipitate by filtration and cooled for ammonium perrhenate solution crystallisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality of ammonium perrhenate by decreasing the content of platinum andbasic metals admixtures.
