FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns chemical industry, particularly production of polymer materials and composites with enhanced operational properties, and can be applied in rubber production industry. Polymer composition includes butadiene rubber, non-oil-extended butadienestryrene rubber, isoprene rubber, zinc oxide, silicic acid, stearic acid, polymer sulfur, diphenylguanidine, tetramethylthiuramsulfide and fullerene-containing carbon black with 100 mcm dispersity in amount of 0.79-2.96 wt %. Fullerene-containing carbon black is obtained by electric arc synthesis at graphite electrode in purified helium environment.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of composition, eg 300% tensile modulus, rupture resistance, Shore hardness, rebound resilience, relative elongation, wear resistance, and quality of products using the composition.
