SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture contains the components at the following ratio, wt %: synthetic isoprene rubber 18.7-24.021; synthetic butadiene rubber 6.005-7.547; synthetic rubber butadiene styrene 18.02-18.87; zinc oxide 1.802-1.887; sulfur technical 0.601-0.943; sulfenamide C 0.300-1.132; stearic acid 1.201-1.132; technical carbon P234 6.005-7.547; technical carbon P514 22.64-24.02; glass of ground fraction 50-100 microns 5.660-6.005; a mixture of fullerenes of fraction C50-C92 0.001-0.015; acetononyl H 1.132-1.201; wax VIZ 1.802-1.887; oil for oil PN 3.003-3.019; bitumen petroleum alkaline 6.005-7.547.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture specialty rubber products with high frictional resistance, with improved physical and mechanical characteristics and the ability to work in aggressive environments.
