SUBSTANCE: invention refers to angular device consisting of a strap (20) meant for continuous transition of walls between two side flanges of two pedestals of mounting box, which are located in two various directions; at that the above strap consists of receiving devices (31) provided along the specified arc of circle and intended for the mounting devices of the cutoff cover section to be arranged therein. Cutoff cover section is made with the possibility of covering the above pedestals for the purpose of overlapping the angle formed between the above pedestals and some part of those pedestals by means of one cutoff cover section with no clearance, edge or fold appearing at the above angle. The above strap is made in the form of a monoblock part consisting of two parts (23, 24) that are partially overlap each other and are hinged to each other by means of a hinge-forming zone (25).
EFFECT: improving mechanical strength of the device, and simplifying erection.
