FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: tool contains a frame, support wheel with mechanism controlling depth of cultivation, removable tools including flat cutting blades. The operating elements made in the form of flat cutting blades are fixed with the possibility of regulating setting angle due to rotation of fasteners having eccentricity. The flat cutting blades are attached to the brackets of the frame by bolting. Bolts disposed in the end orifices of the brackets are mounted in corresponding orifices of the supports of the flat cutting blades in eccentric sleeve. The width of the eccentric sleeve part disposed inside of the orifices of the supports does not exceed thickness of the support, and part of sleeves butting out the gauge of the support has the diametre which is bigger than the orifices of the support. The orifices in the supports of the flat cutting blades are placed at angle α/2 to the plane of share blades in the flat cutting blades. The value of the sleeve eccentricity should correspond the condition: 4e < a × tgα, where e - value of eccentricity, m; α - maximum angle of penetrating into soil by the flat cutting blade, degree; a - distance between the end orifices of the fixing bracket of the operating elements, m.

EFFECT: simplification of adjusting angle when on penetrating into soil by the flat cutting blades, reliability improvement of fastening attachment.
