SUBSTANCE: combined flat slot cutter for soil protection cultivation of soils subject to water, wind and mechanical erosion, comprises a frame, disc knives, flat cutter tabs, slot cutters, rollers and support wheels. Three rows of holes are provided on the frame to install the slot cutter in order to change the distance Lp from the flat cutter tab depending on the slotting depth, soil type and properties. Single spiral slatted rollers are equipped with undulating ribs set at an angle γ equal to 20°, to the axis of rotation of the rollers. Stops are provided in order to prevent deviation of the depth of tillage of the working bodies. To set the depth of processing, support wheels are used, which are mounted with racks to the frame using brackets and have a screw mechanism for raising and lowering to control the depth of processing. To ensure lateral stability of the combined flat slot cutter, all working bodies are installed in a checkerboard pattern, and the outer rollers are in the second row.

EFFECT: specified depth of layer-by-layer tillage is provided by working bodies with cutting and loosening of the soil layer, leaving the required amount of stubble to create a protective layer against wind erosion, destruction of the plow sole to increase the moisture capacity of the soil layer and prevent water and mechanical erosion with leveling of the field microrelief.
