FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: potatoes are sliced and fried in tallow. Beet-roots are blanched and chopped. Fresh green peas are frozen. Wheat flour is browned. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt and hot black pepper and laurel leaf under oxygen-free conditions to obtain side dish. It is cut and larded with salted pork fat. Beef is fried in melted fat. Obtained mixture, bone broth and garnish are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
