FIELD: individual and household supplies.

SUBSTANCE: teaspoon includes hemispherical oval vessel open at one side, with handle stretching from vessel outwards along longitudinal axis of vessel. Vessel is connected to hemispherical oval cap open at one side and matching vessel form in plane. Vessel and cap are connected by lock and flexible bridge made as a single piece with vessel and cap, and feature holes in walls. Handle features two facets tilted against each other, so that they form chute at one side and ridge at the other side of handle. Chute features bulge along handle perimetre at handle edge, with bulge ends adjoining spoon vessel, and indent is made at cap end, where handle is fixated by locking in work position of spoon. Lock is positioned along vessel and cap perimetre and is disrupted at cap in bridge area. Lock includes flange made outside along vessel edge and groove made inside cap close to its edge. In spoon work position, vessel flange is positioned in cap groove. Spoon is made out of resilient elastic plastic safe for long-term contact to tea and water heated to temperature close to boiling point. Holes in vessel and cap walls have lengthwise zigzag shape matching and mirroring each other. Holes form ridges in vessel and cap walls. Each top of each ridge is connected to vessel or cap wall by bridge, and handle bulge is positioned at handle chute side. Width h of each slit is within 0.1÷50 mm.

EFFECT: simplified spoon construction, reduced material consumption, enhanced operation reliability and efficiency of use.
