FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatological orthopaedics and neurosurgery, and can be used for spondylolisthesis surgery. The operation starts with surgical approach to a surface of the first sacral vertebra through incised coccygeal region. Two guided titanium screws are inserted through S1 into the body of the fifth lumbar vertebra. Anterior dislocation L5 is corrected by screwing up to spondylolysis level. The guides are inserted in-between ventral posterior abdominal wall covering rectum of colon loop and dorsal anterior surface of sacrum to S1 by midline in anteroposterior direction parallel to vertebral axis and in lateral direction at the angle 20-25° from vertebral axis. Two canals are formed by each side of the vertebral midline in body Si and the fifth lumbar vertebra.

EFFECT: application of the given method allows improving therapeutic effect of the surgery ensured by eliminated injuries of paraspinal muscles, peritoneum, vertebral bodies, their ligaments and joints are not excised; there is enabled more adequate fixation of vertebra with eliminated damage of surrounding soft tissues, vessels, nervous structures.
