FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision between transverse process and sacroiliac articulation, introducing metal arc-shaped conductor. Its end is brought out along the frontal body surface on the other side and metal ribbon of 0.01 mm thickness and 8-10 mm width. It is stretched through the canal produced by the conductor leaving the ends over the dorsal body surface. The displaced vertebra is set under X-ray control and the ends are fixed with transverse metal plate. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic tissue injuries.
