FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid systems having hoses, in particular, to control the flows running through these hoses. The system contains the flow regulator with inlet and outlet holes to receive the fluid at the 1st pressure through inlet hole and to force it out through the outlet hole at the 2nd pressure. Aforesaid 1st pressure is lower than the 2nd one when fluid flows through the first channel between the inlet and outlet holes, and is equal to it when fluid flows through the second channel located between the inlet and outlet holes. The system contains also the device to wind up the hose on the reel that communicates with the flow regulator outlet that comprises a rotary reel for the hose to be wound thereon. The said device is intended for transfer of fluid from outlet hole to the hose wound on the reel. The proposed method comprises feeding the fluid from the inlet hole at the 1st pressure, forcing it out from the inlet to the outlet at the 2nd pressure. Note here that the 1st pressure is lower than the 2nd one when fluid flows through the first channel between the inlet and outlet holes, and is equal to it when fluid flows through the second channel located between the inlet and outlet holes. The fluid flow is forced into the hose reel device and, then, into the hose wound up on the said reel.
