FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for conditioning of cold-rolled iron sheet. Method includes cutting of rollers surface by fraction up to specified roughness on wheelabrator. For receiving of iron sheet of the first group of surface finish working rolls of broad-strip pinch-pass mill after preliminary grinding or polishing of its barrel is notched by steel fraction of faction 0.7…0.8 mm at linear rotational velocity of device wheel V=60 m/s up to receiving of roughness Ra=2.6 mcm with peaks amount of microroughnesses Pc=60…80 cm-1 at two-pass and two cycles of notching, and rollers for receiving of sheets of the second and the third finishing groups of surface after preliminary grinding or polishing of its barrels are notched by iron shot of faction 0.4…0.8 mcm at V=60 m/s up to Ra=2.6…2.8 mcm at two-pass and two cycles of notching.
EFFECT: increasing of yield rolling with required surface finishing.
