FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process field and can be used for manufacturing of hollow shells by reverse or combined extrusion on press. Punch contains top plate with rigidly fixed on it puncheon and bottom plate. On bottom plate it is mounted reference ring, inside of which it is located matrix. Matrix is build in cylindrical die carrier, fixed on bottom plate by means of wedges. On top surface of die carrier it is installed rotary ring with gradient index of thickness variation of thin shell and information scale. Side outside surface of die carrier in top part allows four inclined planes in form of borders of equilateral truncated pyramid. Feather is implemented with internal plane surfaces, coupled with inclined plane of die carrier. Furthermore, feater allows two holes for bolt installation. Bolts are provided for fixation die carrier with wedges and fixing-adjusting bolt on the bottom plate.
EFFECT: it is provided increasing of accuracy of punch tuning.
