FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used at receiving of long-length cylinder with reach-through hole by method of direct cold extrusion. Extrusion is implemented on the press by puncheon in matrix. It is used mandrel, not allowing rigid connection to puncheon. Additionally it is implemented partial direct cold extrusion of blank, installation into the matrix of the second blank, final cold extrusion of the first blank with receiving of cylinder and removal of the received cylinder from the mandrel. After partial extrusion of the first blank at installed into matrix the second blank mandrel by pusher is pushed through upwards into uppermost position. It is provided location of the top end of mandrel at the level of top end of the second blank. Final cold extrusion of the first blank is implemented with providing of isolation of received cylinder at the end of mandrel. Removal of the received cylinder from the end of mandrel is implemented by means of pusher at travel of press ram and puncheon upwards.

EFFECT: consequently it is provided durability increasing of used production tools.
