FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of metals by pressure and can be used in the manufacture of parts like a glass. Two cylindrical billets are installed in a matrix with a cavity expanding in the direction of the punch. Diameter of the blanks is smaller than the diameter of the glass-type part, and the ratio of height to diameter is (0.5÷2). Billets are placed one above the other and by impacting the punch on the upper billet, it is drafted and open pierced to obtain the diameter of the finished part. Then, it is extruded back to the finished part. Simultaneously, the second preform is shaped to form a semi-finished product with a cross-section widening towards the punch. Then the finished part is removed, a new cylindrical blank is placed on the counter on the cylindrical work. Sediment, the open firmware and the subsequent reverse extrusion of the semi-finished product are produced until a finished part of the glass type is obtained and simultaneously a new cylindrical blank is formed. Semi-finished product is obtained from it with a cross-section widening towards the punch.
EFFECT: tool specific pressure is reduced.
