FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building and may be used in positioning of tool in process of surfaces cleaning and processing, in particular for removal of oxide films and contaminations from surfaces of complicated configuration, application of protective coats, removal of fins. Device comprises aerostatic loader in the form of cylinder connected to source of compressed air supply, at that piston is installed in cavity of the cylinder with the possibility of reciprocal motion that separates cylinder into two cavities. The first one of them is arranged as tight with the first through hole at cylinder end. By means of flexible hose it is connected to cavity of compressed air source having facility for pressure variation in the form of pump. The second cavity of cylinder is communicated to atmosphere via the second through hole at the second end of cylinder. Stem is pulled through the third through hole of the second end, and one end of stem is fixed to piston, and the second one - to tool.
EFFECT: device design is simplified, while accuracy of processing is increased, when tool and stabilisation facility are located on one side of processes surface.
