FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air ventilation and cooling in enclosed premises. The ventilated air cooler comprises fans, air ducts, housing with air flow inlet and outlet branch pipes, water tank, heat exchanger sections with dry and damp channels incorporating moisture absorbing plates and air distribution chamber. The heat exchanger section dry channel inlet communicates with air flow inlet branch pipes, while its outlet communicates with aforesaid air distribution chamber arranged at the heat exchanger dry channels outlet to allow a gas dynamic communication with the cooled air outlet branch pipes and heat exchanger damp sections inlet. The said housing seats on the rigid bed. The heat exchanger sections represent single-blocks fitted into mounting modules. The latter are drawn in together with the help of a rigid retainer. The single-blocks are arranged at an angle to the cooler lengthwise axis to form an asymmetric intake chamber. Aforesaid single-blocks are furnished with devices designed to dampen moisture absorbing plates and pans, one of the said pans lengthwise wall being provided with rectangular slots. Air feed fan is mounted at the rear, while the filter is located horizontally along the cooler lengthwise axis and represents a cylinder with end face cover. The suction fan is mounted on a separate base to communicate with the damp air outlet branch pipe via adapter, cylindrical air duct and adapter with flange.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced labour input in maintenance, ease of manufacture, reliable and simple operation.
