SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hoisting equipment and can be used in wood industry and forestry. Manipulating device comprises a rotary mechanism, a lifting arm with a drive, and a handle. Handle drive is made in the form of telescopic multi-link cylinder the one end whereof is hinged to attachment axis of the lifting arm to rotary mechanism, and the other end is hinged to attachment axis of load gripper to handle. In addition, handle drive is equipped with wire rope-and-block drive.
EFFECT: improving reliability and life time.
