FIELD: individual supplies.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ornamental ceramic item production, mainly for bijouterie. Method of ornamental ceramic item manufacturing involves preparation of at least two ceramic paste layers of differing colour, placement of broken light filter glass in amount of 30-50 wt % and broken sheet glass in amount of 50-70 wt %, reduced to powder and sifted by No 0056 mesh, between the layers, with further layer compression to form 'sandwich'. Obtained 'sandwich' is rolled up in a 'roll', cut into blanks, and items are shaped out of blanks by plastic method, dried and glased. Method is simple and applicable both in artistic studios and industrial facilities. Original ceramic items can be obtained with the use of multicoloured ceramic paste and broken glass by the claimed method.

EFFECT: enhanced adhesion strength of ceramic paste layers.
