FIELD: technological processes, textile fabrics, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for production of cellulose derivatives, namely sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose. Cellulose and solution of sodium hydroxide of specified concentration is supplied to hydropulper 1, where pieces of cellulose are broken by rotary mixer. Produced suspension from hydropulper is supplied into loading zone of inclined helical conveyor 5, where cellulose activated mass is released from part of liquid phase. Then activated cellulose mass is supplied to loading zone of double-auger apparatus 6. In double-auger apparatus 6 cellulose mass is compressed, crushed and unloaded with specified humidity into bunker of activated cellulose mass hopper 9. Then activated cellulose mass and salt of chloroacetic acid is supplied into preliminary mixer 10, where components are mixed and partially react with creation of sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose. Then mixture is sent to loading zone of double-auger apparatus 12, where components are evenly distributed in volume of mass, and reaction of carboxymethylation is realised. Produced loose powder with specified humidity is supplied to auger apparatus 14.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce high quality product and to reduce power inputs.
