FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanocomposite eligible for producing pneumatic diaphragms like inner tire liner of cars, trucks etc. The proposed nanocomposite comprises elastomer and nanoclay. The elastomer is selected from a certain group of rubbers and copolymers including functionalised monomer links that comprises functional groups suspended to elastomer E and selected from the following composition or The nanocomposite is produced by engagement of (a) elastomer selected from a certain group of rubbers and copolymers, (b) at least, one functionalising compound selected from or (c) at least, one initiator of free-radical polymerisation and (d) nanoclay.
EFFECT: nanocomposites feature improved properties of pneumatic diaphragm, namely, lower oxygen permeability.
