SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field and can be used at protection of brass melt in ingot-forming equipment of continuous caster. Flux contains frit of fluoric silicate enamel 20-25% and sodium oktaborate is the rest.
EFFECT: defect elimination, appeared during continuous casting of complex alloyed brass.
