DEVICE FOR VACUUM PULLING BY MEANS OF COMPRESSED AIR Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F04B37/00

Abstract RU 2357098 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for vacuum pulling by means of compressed air comprises two oppositely installed pistons connected by stem and placed in cylinders. It also comprises valves and device for compressed air supply. Device for supply of compressed air is arranged in the form of two valve chambers installed oppositely on cylinder bottoms and communicating to each other by means of tube. The first chambers are connected to nozzles for compressed air supply and have openings for exhaust of the latter. They comprise valve and piston connected by stem and separated by partition with gland. The second chambers comprise valve installed with the possibility of axial displacement installed with the possibility of axial displacement of pump pistons together with stem and with discs rigidly fixed on it on two sides of valve. Piston pulling vacuum is shifted by piston, which moves under action of compressed air.

EFFECT: provision of continuous operation of piston pairs without automatic stops.
