SUBSTANCE: invention concerns automatic small arms. Rest includes basement with swivel carrying gun cradle. Cradle case holds spring, one end of which interacts with arms set in cradle guide lines. The other spring end interacts with support in the form of moving bushing. Lever with rotation axis shifted against vertical cradle rotation is mounted on swivel by joints. Moving bushing communicates to lever arm within the whole range of cradle elevation and declination angles.

EFFECT: simplified construction of automatic arms rest, reduced weight and size.
