SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wireless transfer, storage and data reproduction between solid-state storage and other electronic devices. The solid-state storage contains a radio frequency module (RF-module), which demodulates ultra-broadband writing signal, wirelessly obtained from the host, and generates a wireless protocol writing signal. The wireless protocol controller contains a level for transforming wireless protocol into a USB-protocol writing signal. The microcontroller contains a function extracting level for extracting writing instructions from the USB-protocol writing signal and, in response to this command, controls data recording on the solid-state memory. It also reads data, which is stored in the solid-state memory in response to the read command obtained from the host, and generates a USB-protocol read signal to the wireless protocol controller. The protocol transformation level transfers the USB-protocol read signal to the wireless protocol read signal. The RF-module also modulates wireless protocol read signal and generates an ultra-broadband signal for wireless transfer to the host.
