SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to data packet services, provided for in communication systems, and more specifically to the method and device for transmitting and receiving data packets and associatively related service control information to and from a mobile terminal by using different physical channels for receiving data packets and associatively related control information. The method of receiving services in a mobile terminal has stages on which, data is received on the given service and control information feature through a first channel. The control information feature indicates transfer of control information on the second channel. Control information is received through the second channel in accordance with control information feature. Control information is information required for receiving the given service. Data on the service is received on the first channel, based on the received control information.
EFFECT: possibility of providing a mobile terminal, not capable of simultaneous reception from two different channels, with a service, which is transmitted using at least two logical channels.
