FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for obtaining high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. BAS with radioprotective and membranoprotective properties is a powder from seeds and water melon extract. The powder is obtained by drying water melon seeds and extracts to the humidity of 6-7%. Then they are mixed in the weight ration (1:2) - (1:4) respectively and minced in thin film rotating in spiral. The film is of thickness 0.1-0.5 mm and pulsating pressure gradient 5-15 MPa and temperature 20-30°C.

EFFECT: obtaining of radioprotective and membranoprotective properties of BAS is achieved due to presence of food physiologic and functional ingredients, such as pectin substances, β-carotene, vitamins C, E and microelement selenium.
