FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for producing a high-quality biologically active supplement applied as preventive food. The biologically active supplement with membrane-protective properties represents peeled red rice powder. The powder is produced by way of crushing rice, then it is minced in fine helix-rotating film of 0.1-1.0 mm at pulsing pressure gradient of 10-30 MPa and temperature of 25-30°C.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a biologically active supplement for food with high activity of membrane-protective properties as per the proposed modes.
