FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tobacco refuse processing technology. Under the method proposed peach marc is extracted with a non-polar liquefied gas to produce the respective extract. Tobacco material is mixed with liquid carbon dioxide, extracted and crushed with the pressure in the extraction mixture bulk periodically relieved to be below the saturated carbon dioxide vapour pressure at extraction temperature. After that the miscella and meal are separated. The meal is suspended in water solution of an edible polybasic acid supersalt; potable polyatomic alcohol is added to the suspension. Then the suspension is moulded, dried for residual moisture content to be 13-15%, cut and imbued with gas-liquid peach marc extract and the isolated CO₂-miscella under increasing pressure. After that depressurisation is done to the atmospheric pressure level combined with the absorbed carbon dioxide freezing. Finally, sublimation yields the target product.

EFFECT: invention enables reduction of the technological process duration and production of reconstituted tobacco characterised by improved organoleptical properties.
